Separate research track

An OT/ICS cyber range with real control hardware.

HackTheFort’s hardware-in-the-loop track pairs real controllers with simulated industrial processes so teams can study cyber-physical attacks without putting a live plant at risk.

Real controller. Simulated process. Repeatable investigation.

A controller interacts with a process model, giving researchers a controlled place to examine what an attack changes and how a system responds.

Research scenarios

The focused starting scenarios cover water level control, conveyor and motor control, PLC logic manipulation, and incident recovery.

Deployment scope

This track is developed and scoped separately on dedicated hardware. It is outside the standard 15-day Institute Cyber Lab Platform trial.
